Welcome to Bubble. These Terms of Service ("Terms") frame your use of the Bubble mobile application and web ecosystem. By creating a Bubble account, syncing with a partner, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Eligibility

Because Bubble features interactive games including romantic quizzes and flirty dares, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If we become aware you are under 18, we will terminate your account immediately.

2. Content Ownership & Responsibility

Bubble is a private sandbox. You own all content you create, send, and upload. Because the app uses secure encryption, we cannot monitor or read the specific messages or files sent between you and your partner.

However, you agree not to use Bubble to:

  • Promote, facilitate, or transmit illegal content or activities.
  • Commit harassment, abuse, or engage in non-consensual interactions.
  • Distribute malware or attempt to breach the security of the app.

3. Subscriptions

Bubble Basic is free. We may offer promotional trials or free tiers from time to time. The terms of any such promotions will be explained inside the app at the time of signup.

  • Bubble Pro Billing: Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Renewals are automatic unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to alter features within the Pro tier, though core privacy functionality remains permanent.

4. App Availability & As-Is Software

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability. However, Bubble is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for transient server errors or any delays to scheduled Love Letters caused by network conditions outside our control.

5. Account Termination

Either partner can disconnect the Bubble link at any time from the settings menu. Doing so permanently severs the connection linking the two accounts and destroys shared cloud data. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts that actively attempt to exploit our infrastructure.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
